APPLICABLE CONDITIONS FOR BOTH FREE AND PAID cPanel ACCOUNT TRANSFERS:
Transfers are done on a best-effort basis
Your existing host must use cPanel as the control panel and allow cPanel backups to be taken.
You must keep your old hosting account active until the transfer is fully complete.

If you want to move your Web Hosting, VPS, or Dedicated Server from current host to JetCloud, we facilitate the migration of your website files, databases, emails and more from your old Server to the new server at JetCloud for FREE. All you have to do is put a migration request to our team after our order is activated and our migration experts will take it from there.

JetCloud migrates up to 25 cPanel accounts or up to 10 non-cPanel web hosting accounts (website files & MySQL databases) free of cost for Shared hosting, Reseller hosting, VPS and Dedicated Server hosting. An exception can be made for some cases and we can certainly migrate more accounts.

In case the number of accounts to be migrated exceeds than those mentioned above, a particular amount is chargeable from the customer depending upon the quantity of accounts to be migrated.
