How do I monitor my commissions?

What is the JetCloud Affiliate Program

The JetCloud Affiliate program is a marketing program wherein we pay a certain fixed commission to our affiliates to drive new customers/referrals.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are paid on a net 60 days basis. This means commissions earned in January are paid around 30th of March.

Are my earnings taxable?

Yes, per the Indian IT Laws commissions attract TDS deductions. TDS is deducted @ 10% if your PAN card details are on record, else the applicable rate is 20%.

Note: TDS deductions are subject to change based on policy changes every financial year.

How do I get paid?

Commissions are paid out via Bank NEFT or Wire Transfer or PayPal.

Where do I update my bank details to receive commissions?

Simply drop an email at support@jetcloud.in with your bank details.

What if my referral doesn't show up in reporting?

We will work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible. Shoot an email at support@jetcloud.in with the following information: Order ID, and Date of Sale.
